1. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days.

  • Overnight Shipping: Delivery by the next business day.

Please note that all delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and other external factors such as weather or holidays.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase.

  • Free shipping promotions may apply to specific products or order thresholds. These promotions will be clearly communicated at checkout.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays may experience a delay in processing.

  • Order Processing Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM may be processed the following business day.

4. Shipping Restrictions

We currently only ship within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping, but we are working to expand our shipping options in the future.

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

  • Certain products may have shipping restrictions or require special handling (e.g., perishable items). These will be noted on the product page.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track the status of your order via the carrier’s website. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

6. Missing or Damaged Items

If your order is missing items or if you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will investigate the issue and either send a replacement or issue a refund depending on the situation.

Please retain all packaging materials as we may need to inspect them as part of the investigation process.

7. Address Accuracy

It is important that you provide accurate shipping information at checkout. ASN is not responsible for any delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses provided by customers. Please ensure all details, including the shipping address, are correct before finalizing your order.

8. Returns and Exchanges

If you need to return or exchange an item, please refer to our [Return Policy](insert link) for detailed instructions on how to proceed. Items returned must be in their original, unused condition.

9. Lost or Stolen Packages

ASN is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact the carrier for assistance. We will do our best to assist in resolving the issue.
